Installation Guide
Before installation, the position of the wall should be carefully selected. Give priority to choosing solid walls such as load-bearing walls and concrete walls. These walls have a stronger load-bearing capacity and can effectively prevent the falling of installed items due to the fragility of the wall, ensuring the safety of use. It is recommended that the installation position be kept at a height of 1.2 to 1.5 meters from the ground. This height conforms to ergonomic principles and is convenient for daily use and operation. If the installed items are for display, this height is also convenient for viewing. If it is a functional device, users can easily reach it without having to bend over or stand on tiptoe excessively, enhancing the convenience and comfort of use.
Use professional measuring tools and precisely mark the wall surface strictly in accordance with the spacing of the bracket holes. To ensure the accuracy of the marking position, multiple measurements can be made for verification. After the marking is completed, the drilling operation needs to be carried out using an impact drill. When operating an impact drill, be sure to wear protective glasses to prevent the flying debris during the drilling process from harming your eyes. At the same time, keep the impact drill vertical to the wall to avoid tilting the drill hole and affecting the subsequent installation effect. According to the specifications of the expansion screw, select the appropriate drill bit. The drilling depth should be slightly longer than the length of the expansion screw, generally 5 to 10 millimeters more is appropriate, to ensure that the expansion screw can be fully embedded and provide a stable fixation effect.
Gently insert the expansion screw into the drilled hole. Be careful not to apply excessive force to avoid deforming the expansion screw or damaging the hole wall. Use an appropriate screwdriver or wrench to slowly tighten the bracket screws. During the tightening process, each screw should be tightened in sequence according to the diagonal order to ensure that the bracket is evenly stressed and prevent tilting or twisting. The tightening degree of the screws should be moderate. If they are too loose, it may cause the bracket to loosen, posing a safety hazard. If it is too tight, it may damage the bracket or the wall. After installation is completed, you can gently shake the bracket to check if it is firmly fixed. If any signs of looseness are found, the screws need to be tightened again until the bracket is stable and reliable.
