1. Do not try the dry powder fire extinguisher. If you must try it, please buy an extra bottle
The dry powder fire extinguisher is a one-time pressure. Once it is opened, the pressure in the bottle and the urge to spray the dry powder will be digested immediately, so it is not supported for use. It needs to be refilled with dry powder and nitrogen to continue to use.
2. When using, please finish spraying in one breath, stop spraying halfway is invalid
Once the dry powder fire extinguisher is turned on and used, it must be pressed to the bottom to complete the spraying in one breath. If the spraying is stopped halfway, the pressure in the bottle will not be enough to complete the second spraying, so the statement of trial spraying is not supported.
3. Check the pressure gauge on the day of receipt
Try to sign and check the pressure gauge in person, and take pictures of air leakage and other phenomena and contact customer service personnel for reissue in time
4. How to deal with after-sales problems
1) (Pressure leakage, insufficient pressure) The pointer is in the red area, take a photo and contact the customer personnel for reissue
2) (The bottom of the bottle is deformed by courier violence, etc.) When it does not affect normal use, contact customer service and make compensation according to the degree of damage to the bottom of the bottle
Precautions:
1. The fire extinguisher should be protected from dryness, no corrosive gas place, no fire, exposure to the sun or collision.
2. Check the fire extinguisher once a month. If the pressure pointer is found to be lower than the green zone, it should be filled. Once opened, it must be refilled.
3. Once the fire extinguisher is opened, it is no longer sealed and must be refilled by a professional maintenance department.
4. Before disassembling the fire extinguisher, you should slowly rotate the thread of the head of the fire extinguisher 1~2 times, and then disassemble it after the pressure is completely relieved.
5. Under normal pressure, the service life should not exceed 5 years.
Instructions:
Open the seal first, pull out the safety pin, press the handle with one hand, and hold the nozzle with the other hand
Step 1: Lift the fire extinguisher to the fire scene, about 2-3 meters away from the burning object;
Step 2: Pick up the fire extinguisher and turn it upside down several times to loosen the dry powder in the cylinder, remove the lead seal and key, and pull out the safety bolt;
Step 3: Hold the opening pressure handle with one hand. When opening the pressure handle, press down and hold it tightly. After the seal of the fire extinguisher is opened, the fire extinguisher will spray out from the mouth;
Step 4: After spraying out the fire extinguishing agent, point the nozzle at the root of the fire and move it left and right to spray. The fire extinguisher should be kept vertical to the ground, and should not be lying or turned upside down.
Step 5: After the fire is turned off, cool it with water to remove the temperature, and keep monitoring to ensure it goes out.
