Grounding Reel Manufacturer

Grounding Reels are designed for controlled storage and deployment of grounding cables used to establish temporary or mobile electrical grounding connections. They are used in welding operations, industrial maintenance, construction sites, mobile equipment, fuel handling areas, electrical service work, and other applications where a grounding cable must be positioned, extended, and stored repeatedly.

A grounding reel keeps the grounding cable organized on a dedicated drum while allowing the operator to deploy the required cable length at the work location. After the grounding connection is removed, the cable can be rewound onto the reel for the next operation.

Unlike a general-purpose cable reel, a grounding reel must be selected according to grounding function, cable cross-section, cable length, current-carrying requirements, connection type, reel construction, installation environment, and applicable electrical safety requirements.
