Installation Instructions
- Select an appropriate installation location based on system requirements, usually at the top of the protected area.
- Use a dedicated tool to connect the valve to the fire extinguishing agent container, ensuring that the inlet thread (M30x1.5) is well sealed.
- Connect the immersion tube to the M16x1.5 threaded interface.
- Install the pressure gauge to the M10x1-12.5 interface (if necessary).
- Connect the release pipeline to the M12x1.5 outlet thread.
- After installation is completed, conduct a pressure test to ensure there is no leakage.
Precautions for Use
Please confirm that the working pressure does not exceed 2.4MPa before installation.
Regularly check the status of the temperature sensing element. It is recommended to do so every six months.
When maintaining the system, the pressure should be released first.
The sealing test must be reconducted after the fire extinguishing agent is replaced.
The safety valve assembly needs to be tested for its functional effectiveness regularly.
Maintenance and upkeep

Is the trigger temperature of this model fixed at 68℃? Can other temperatures be customized?
The temperature sensing element of the standard product is 68℃, which is suitable for most fire protection scenarios. If other trigger temperatures (such as 93℃ for high temperature environments) are required, customized services can be provided. Please note your requirements when placing an order.
What types of fire extinguishing agents is it applicable to?
It is applicable to common fire extinguishing agents such as dry powder (Class ABC), carbon dioxide (CO₂), heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea), etc. It is not suitable for water based fire extinguishing agents (which can easily cause valve corrosion).
How to determine if the temperature sensing element has failed?
It is recommended to have a functional check every six months. A hot air gun or hot water (close to 68℃) can be used to test whether the temperature sensing element melts normally and trigger the valve. If there is no response, the temperature sensing component needs to be replaced.
Is the product suitable for outdoor environments?
The standard version is suitable for indoor environments. If it needs to be used outdoors, it is recommended to choose the stainless steel version and add a rain cover to prevent the temperature sensing element from getting damp or triggering by error.
