European Fire Extinguisher Valve

 

Brass valve body with European cylinder thread system integration. Supports M-series, PZ-series, and G-series inlet structures with 2.2–2.4 MPa and 18–25 MPa pressure configurations. Designed for portable extinguisher assembly lines and industrial fire systems.

Engineering Scope And System Compatibility Definition
This valve is used in cylinder neck assemblies where thread interface defines mechanical locking accuracy. Inlet structures include M24x1.5, M30x1.5, PZ27.8, G1", and G2" depending on European regional manufacturing standards.

Outlet ports (M10x1, M14x1.5, W21.8) determine discharge hose connection geometry. Gauge port (M10x1-1.25) is used for pressure sensing device integration during cylinder filling process.

All interfaces are machined using CNC turning process with tolerance control for sealing alignment.
Mechanical Behavior Under Pressure Cycle
During cylinder pressurization, internal spring structure maintains sealing seat closure at static state. When actuator is triggered, stem displacement opens gas channel from cylinder chamber to outlet interface.

Pressure release behavior depends on valve model: low-pressure system (2.2–2.4 MPa) is used in portable dry powder extinguishers, high-pressure system (18–25 MPa) is used in CO2 industrial discharge systems.

Dip tube (M16x1.5 / M24x1.5) defines extinguishing agent transport path from cylinder bottom to valve chamber.

Installation System And Usage Environment
Installed in portable extinguishers with cylinder volumes from 1L to 12L. Assembly line uses torque-controlled tightening system to prevent thread deformation on M24 / M30 / G2 interfaces.

Working temperature range is -20°C to +60°C based on brass thermal stability. Environmental conditions include indoor commercial buildings, industrial plants, and vehicle-mounted fire systems.

Sealing material selection depends on interface type: PTFE tape for BSP threads and metal gasket for M-series threads.

RFQ processing requires cylinder thread code, pressure rating, outlet type, and dip tube specification. Valve model is matched according to European cylinder integration standard before production release.
