Practical operation

Fast connection test
1.Clean the interface:
Before connecting, use your fingers to wipe the sealing surfaces of the water hose interface and the gun body interface to ensure there are no sand particles or impurities.
2.Align the snap-in clip:
Align the protruding ears of the hose connector with the grooves of the gun body interface, and push it in horizontally all the way to the end.
3.Rotary locking:
Listen for a clear "click" sound, and confirm that the two protruding ears are securely locked. Perform a manual gentle pull test to ensure they will not come apart.
4.Do not use tools to forcefully tighten! Lock it by hand and it will meet the sealing requirements.
Switching among three spraying modes
Mode 1: Direct current jet - Powerful impact, directly targeting the fire source
Operation: Rotate the rotating adjustment ring at the tip of the gun clockwise to the position marked "DC".
Gesture: Hold both hands together in front of you. The front hand should grip the anti-slip area at the front of the gun body, and the rear hand should firmly hold the handle at the end of the gun. Stand sideways with your body and lower your center of gravity.
Usage: To extinguish large-scale open fires, for demolition, and for long-distance water spraying.
The water pressure should be gradually increased from low to high to avoid water hammer impact.
Mode 2: Spray water - for covering and cooling, creating a water curtain
Operation: Rotate the rotary adjustment ring counterclockwise until it reaches the position marked "Spray".
Gesture: It can be performed with either one hand or both hands, making it easy to perform a sweeping motion in a fan shape.
Usage: Cooling the fire scene, dispersing smoke, diluting chemical leaks, protecting unburned surrounding materials.
The misty water has a wide coverage area. Please keep a safe distance from the fire source to prevent steam burns.
Mode 3: Water Curtain Self-Supporting - Blocking Heat Radiation and Creating a Safe Zone
Operation: In spray mode, continue to turn the adjustment ring backward by half a notch (for some models, there is an independent water curtain setting), or slightly close the valve at the end of the gun to make the water curtain wider and more spread out.
Purpose: To establish a protective barrier for firefighters at the front of a high-temperature fire scene, providing cover for demolition or evacuation.
This mode consumes a large amount of water. Ensure that the water supply is sufficient.

Practical skills and safety tips
Anti-backflow: When using the water gun, the nozzle must be aimed in a safe direction or at the ground first. Wait until the pressure stabilizes before aiming at the target. The backflow force of the high-pressure water jet should not be underestimated.

The stance while holding the gun should be as stable as a rock.
Water hose supervisor: Positioned behind the water gun operator, responsible for straightening the water hose to prevent entanglement and tripping, and following instructions to slowly open/close the water supply valve to avoid sudden pressure changes.

Maintenance Guide
The Golden Three Steps, none of which can be omitted:
Immediately rinse (complete within 30 minutes after returning from the fire scene)
Rinse the outside and inside of the water gun with clean running fresh water.
Focus on thoroughly cleaning the gaps of the adjustment ring, switches, etc., to remove smoke residue, chemical residues and impurities.
Action: Switch all modes and allow the water to flow through each channel.
Inspection and drying (completed on the same day)
Check for sealing integrity: After drying, inspect each interface and switch area for any traces of water droplets.
Check the moving parts: Ensure that the rotating adjustment ring and the valve switch are still functioning smoothly and there is no sticking.
Complete drying: Place it in a well-ventilated and cool area to dry naturally. Do not expose it to direct sunlight.
Regular maintenance (monthly or after each 10 uses)
Light lubrication: At the rotational axis of the adjusting ring, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant (do not use oily grease, as it is prone to attracting dust).
Sealing ring inspection: Visual inspection of all sealing rings inside the gun for any cracks or deformations. The spare sealing ring package included with the product can be replaced at any time.
Storage: Close the interface protection cover and store it on a dry equipment rack.
