This product is a standard pendant-type automatic head, installed above the water supply network, with the spray outlet facing downward. Its core temperature-sensing component is a high-quality glass ball, filled with heat-sensitive colored liquid inside. When the ambient temperature suddenly rises to the rated value, the liquid inside the ball expands, causing the glass ball to rupture, thereby releasing the water valve. The pressurized water then spreads evenly over the fire source area through the carefully designed splash plate, achieving the purpose of quickly suppressing and extinguishing the fire.

Q: Can I install it by myself?
A: It is strongly recommended that the installation be carried out by a professional and certified fire engineer or plumber. Incorrect installation may prevent it from functioning properly during a fire, thereby posing a serious safety hazard.
Q: Will the head malfunction and trigger accidentally? For example, in the case of steam or cooking fumes?
A: Under normal circumstances, it won't happen. Its activation depends on a sustained and rapid increase in ambient temperature. Short-term high temperatures in daily life (such as steam from the bathroom or cooking in the kitchen) are not sufficient to meet the activation conditions. Please select the correct temperature level based on the environment.
Q: How to turn off the water spray once it is activated?
A: After the heads are activated, they cannot close automatically. They must wait for the main valve of the fire water source to be turned off. This is a design feature intended to ensure that all potential re-ignited sources of fire are completely extinguished.
