A threaded inlet connection ensures easy installation, while the outlet connection for hose can be rotated for left and right direction. This reel generally has a working pressure of 12Bar, with a test pressure of 18Bar.

While manual fire hose reels are still in use, the preferred type of fire hose reel is the automatic reel. This type of reel has the valve contained inside the reel, offering protection from the elements and maintaining the valve's integrity. Additionally, automatic reels allow for quicker deployment in emergency situations.
