- Tested at a pressure of 16 bar, the working pressure remained stable at 14 bar. Whether it is the high-pressure pump of a tall building or the long-distance water supply in a large factory, the reel body is not affected by water hammer impact.
- The surface is coated with RAL3000 red epoxy powder using electrostatic spraying technology. Compared to ordinary painting, the adhesion is enhanced by three times, and it still maintains a bright red color even in humid and salt spray environments.

Die-cast rocker arm & rotary joint
Adopt precision die casting process, the rotary joint is equipped with double bearings. Even if tested every day, it remains smooth and avoids the embarrassment of rusting and dying.

Highly elastic PVC hose
Selection of high quality PVC lining, outer wear-resistant braiding. The whole piece leaves the factory without intermediate joint, which fundamentally eliminates the risk of tube burst. Even at 14bar high pressure, the hose expansion rate is very low, and the water is more fierce.

The flange interface is installed strictly in accordance with the BSP or NPT standards. The thread accuracy is very high. Just wrap the sealing tape around it and the installation labor cost can be significantly reduced.

Q: How to choose between 25 meters and 30 meters?
A: It's better to choose a longer one rather than a shorter one, but make sure the discs are compatible.
- 25 m: Suitable for office buildings and residential corridors with standard floor height (below 3.5 meters) and column spacing of around 8 meters. The coverage radius is approximately 18-20 meters (considering losses).
- 30 m: Recommended for large factories, logistics warehouses, and underground garages. In these places, the fire source might be obscured by shelves or vehicles. An extra 5 meters is often the difference between being able to reach it and watching it burn helplessly.
Key point: The length of the hose should match the diameter of the disc. We offer two disc sizes: 550mm and 585mm. For a 30-meter hose, it is recommended to use the 585mm large disc. This allows for a larger winding radius, making the retraction and extension more effortless, and the hose is less likely to age and crack due to long-term "hard bending". If you choose a 30-meter hose but use a small disc, the resistance during operation will significantly increase.

Q: Are there significant differences between plastic nozzles and brass nozzles?
A: There are significant differences, mainly in terms of "durability" and "hand feel".
