Pressure monitoring port: standard M10x1-12.5 thread. Convenient for you to install high pressure pressure gauge, real-time monitoring system pressure, operation in mind. (Note: A simplified version without this interface is also available upon request.)

 

Immersion pipe connection: M15x1.5 thread. Used to connect liquid level gauge or dosing tube and other accessories, strong expansion function.

Q1: Which equipment is mainly used in? Is it compatible with our existing pumps?
A: It is the "control center" of the high pressure system. Typical uses include: as the main control valve of the water main pipe of a truck, connecting the high pressure pump to the remote water supply belt, controlling the water intake of the deck gun or the high pressure washer. As long as the outlet pressure of your pump is within the range of 180-250bar and the interface is matched (the inlet PZ27.8 is the common interface for high pressure fighting), it can be directly installed to achieve reliable output and shutdown of pump pressure.

Q2: What is the role of the integrated safety valve? What if it breaks down?
A: The integrated safety valve is the key to prevent the system from "blowout". When the outlet is accidentally closed or blocked, and the pipeline pressure rises suddenly, it will automatically open pressure relief, protecting expensive pumps and pipelines. The standard detachable design eliminates the need to replace the entire valve in case of failure, simply unscrew the relief valve module and replace the internal spring or spool for extremely low maintenance.

Q3: Is the pressure gauge interface (M10) necessary? Will the use be affected if the pressure gauge is not installed?
A: Installing a pressure gauge is highly recommended. The pressure gauge is like the "eye" , which enables the operator to master the system pressure in real time and avoid overpressure operation or insufficient pressure. It is a necessary product for scientific operation and safe operation. We provide a version with an interface for your convenience. If the budget or application is extremely simple, the no-interface version is optional, but the pressure monitoring function will be lost.

Q4: Will there be any problems in using brass material in chemical environment or seaside?
A: High quality forged brass itself has good corrosion resistance. For general chemical environment and coastal areas, its durability is far better than ordinary steel. If it is used in strong acid, alkali or specific corrosive gas environment for a long time, it is recommended to check the surface condition regularly. We have a special surface treatment process for extreme environments (request for customized consultation).

Q5: How durable is the valve? How long will it last?
A: Durability depends on frequency of use and maintenance status. The SERVICE LIFE OF THE VALVE BODY ITSELF (BRASS BODY) CAN REACH more than TEN YEARS UNDER the condition OF USE within the standard pressure range, regular (annual RECOMMENDED) inspection of the seals, and avoidance of brutal operation. The wearing parts are mainly sealing rings, which can be replaced when slight leakage occurs. It is normal maintenance, just like changing the tire of a car, and does not affect the life.
