Dry Type Pillar Fire Hydrant design eliminates the damage caused by freezing or corrosion of the upper part of the hydrant, ensuring its durability and long-lasting performance. This feature is especially useful in areas with extreme weather conditions, where traditional wet barrel hydrants may not be suitable.

It is breakaway design. In case of an accident, only the upper part of the flange will break, preventing further damage to the hydrant. This safety feature ensures that the hydrant remains operational even after an accidental impact.

The body  is made of high-quality cast iron or ductile iron, ensuring its durability and strength. The outlet of the hydrant is made of copper alloy, making it suitable for various applications. The working pressure of the hydrant is 16Bar, and the test pressure is 22.5Bar, offering reliable and resilient performance under extreme conditions.

In terms of finishing, Dry Type Pillar Fire Hydrant comes in red RAL3000 or yellow, depending on the demand. The hydrant is sandblasted externally to give it a smooth finish. The upper section of the hydrant is painted with electrostatic powder coating, while the lower section is double-coated with black bituminous paint. This finishing ensures its resistance to weathering, corrosion, and other elements, making it suitable for long-term use in various environment conditions.

Finally, it also comes with a barrel length extension kit in different lengths, available on request. This kit enables customization and adaptation to specific needs, ensuring that the hydrant fits perfectly to the intended application.
