K-Series Configuration at a Glance

The K-Series is available in different combinations of hose diameter, hose length, reel size, and hose/no-hose configuration.

For hose-equipped models, the available hose inside diameters are 6 mm, 10 mm, and 13 mm, with corresponding outside diameters of 12 mm, 15 mm, and 19 mm. The listed hose lengths range from 7.5 m to 15 m, allowing users to select the appropriate working radius without unnecessarily increasing reel size.

How the Spring Rewind System Works

The K-Series uses a spring-powered rewind mechanism to manage the hose during repeated deployment and retraction.

When the operator pulls the hose outward, the reel rotates and the internal spring is tensioned. The hose can then be positioned at the required working distance. When the hose is released according to the reel's operating mechanism, stored spring energy rotates the reel in the reverse direction and retracts the hose onto the drum.

Controlled Hose Storage

The hose remains wound around the reel instead of being left loose on the workshop floor. This helps maintain a more organized work area and reduces the likelihood of the hose being stepped on, driven over, or caught by moving equipment.

Faster Hose Deployment

The operator only needs to pull the hose to the required working position. There is no need to manually unwind a loose coil before starting work.

Automatic Retraction

After the operation, the spring mechanism provides the force required to rewind the hose. This is particularly useful in maintenance stations where hoses are deployed and retracted many times during a working shift.

The reel discs are produced through mold stamping. Compared with manually fabricated disc structures, stamping allows the two reel sides to maintain consistent geometry across production batches. The stamped discs form the primary side structure of the reel and support the rotating hose storage assembly.
