Description
The Xinhao Mobile Foam Unit is designed to provide mobile firefighting foam capability for various hazardous areas where flammable liquids are present. Common applications include tank farms and refineries, loading areas, chemical processing plants, diked areas, warehouse facilities, paint storage areas, and other manufacturing areas where flammable liquids are a hazard. The Xinhao Mobile Foam Unit is a highly maneuverable wheeled cart consisting of a carbon steel tank with one built-in hose storage locations, an eductor with metering valve, and two engths of fire hose with a choice of foam nozzles.

1. Fill the foam concentrate from the Foam Conentrat Filling Port.
2. Connect the FIRE HOSES and FOAM NOZZLE like the Fig.1.
3. Turn the KONB on the top of the FOAM EDUCTOR to set the proportioning rate to the same rate with the foam concentrate.Fig.2.
4. Connect The Fire Hose With The Water Supply Fire Hydrant,let The Pressurized Water Flow Through The Foam Eductor. And The Foam Concentrate Will Be Sucked Up From The Tank,and Mix With The Water In The Chamber Of The Foam Eductor.
5. Open the valve of the FOAM NOZZLE,let the foam solution mix with the air and create foam to put out fire.
Caution
The proportioning rate of the FOAM EDUCTOR must be set to the same proportioning rate with the FOAM CONCENTRATE,which is filled into the Mobile foam unit.
