(1) Unload the gas storage cylinder (including carbon dioxide cylinder of trolly type dry powder extinguisher) and check the weight of carbon dioxide in the cylinder by weighing method every six months. Portable fire extinguishers. Carbon monoxide cylinders that leak more than 5% of the rated capacity or 7g (the lesser of both) or wheeled fire extinguishers. Adequate air should be provided. Check the valve operator for flexibility at the same time.
(2) Check whether the puncture needle of the gas cylinder is located in the correct position of the cylinder head and whether the cylinder head nut is tightened to avoid the powder agglomerating caused by air leakage.
(3) Once a year to check the powder pipe, intake pipe, nozzle, nozzle, spray gun and other parts of the dry powder blockage, the powder pipe moisture-proof blockage, film rupture. If the dry powder is found to be blocked, it should be cleaned in time. Meanwhile, check whether the dry powder in the barrel is agglomerated. If the agglomerate is found, it should be replaced in time.
(4) Check the dry powder once a year to see if there is caking. If there is caking, replace it in time.
