Fire equipment cabinets are emergency cabinets used to store firefighting facilities and equipment. Their main function is to store commonly used firefighting equipment such as fire suits, helmets, boots, escape ropes, fire axes, fire extinguishers, fire hoses, and gas masks. These cabinets are primarily located in the fire control center of construction sites. There are no fixed dimensions for these cabinets; they are custom-made to fit the user's specifications. Outdoor emergency fire cabinets are also available.

1. Necessity of Fire Pump Cabinet
According to the Ministry of Public Security's fire safety industry standard GA30.2, "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fixed Fire Water Supply Equipment," to prevent fire pumps from rusting, getting damp, or malfunctioning, and to ensure they are ready for immediate use, fire pumps must be equipped with automatic inspection devices. The inspection is a low-frequency inspection, with the motor speed at 300 rpm during inspection. The water system is not pressurized, and there is no starting current, significantly extending the equipment's lifespan. This inspection method is highly safe, uses low current, and consumes low power, meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Public Security's industry standard.
2. Fire Cabinet Performance
Automatic Inspection Device Control Function: This device enables low-frequency and low-speed automatic inspection control of fire pumps, sprinkler pumps, and mist pumps. The inspection cycle is 24 hours, with each pump inspection lasting 10 minutes. The inspection cycle and duration can be adjusted from a few minutes to several days according to actual requirements. In the event of a fire, the programmable controller will automatically and instantly stop the inspection and start the fire pump upon receiving the fire command. The system will manually shut down after the fire is extinguished.
The equipment features audible and visual alarms and fault memory functions. The operation is via a clear and easy-to-understand Chinese menu. It can memorize faults such as short circuits, phase loss, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and communication faults, facilitating maintenance by operating personnel.
